Cookies

This site sets one cookie, p928s, when you sign in. It holds your invite and a signature so you stay signed in, and nothing else. It is strictly necessary for the site to work, expires after 180 days or when you sign out, and is never shared. There are no other cookies: no tracking, analytics or advertising cookies, and no third-party scripts.

What is logged

Use of this library is by invitation, and use is logged so it stays accountable: the email address you sign in with, sign-in times and internet addresses, and every search, quick answer and procedure you ask for, with your name. Your results are kept so you can open them again under My searches; only you can open those links.

All of this stays on this one private server. It is not sold, shared or sent anywhere. To have your records removed, ask the person who invited you.
